2. The service
We provide educational guides and a community for exploring user-generated content. The first community release is free to join. The brand focuses on creators over 40; there is no age-verification requirement in this release.
Guides are general educational information. They do not guarantee earnings, brand opportunities or acceptance into Hook & Hold. Where you need advice about a particular contract, tax position or legal issue, obtain advice appropriate to your circumstances.
3. Your account
Community sign-in is currently provided through ChatGPT. Choose a display name that does not impersonate anyone. Keep your sign-in account secure and contact us if you believe someone is misusing your community account.
When joining or accepting an updated version, you must agree to these terms and the community guidelines. The Privacy Policy explains how information is handled; acknowledging it is not newsletter consent.
4. Contributions and conduct
Post only content you have permission to share. Do not publish private client information, personal contact details about other people, unlawful material, spam, harassment or discriminatory abuse. Give feedback respectfully and avoid misleading claims about your experience or results.
You keep ownership of your contributions. By posting, you give Held Holdings Ltd permission to store, display and technically process them to operate and moderate this community. This does not give us permission to use your work in unrelated advertising.
You can edit your own visible posts and replies. Request removal or account deletion through the privacy contact. Other members may have read or copied a contribution before its removal; do not post confidential material.
5. Moderation and availability
We may pin useful discussions, hide contributions or suspend access where necessary to enforce the guidelines or protect members. Contact the privacy address if you want a moderation decision reviewed. The service may be changed, interrupted or unavailable while we develop it.
6. Other services
Links to video hosts, external sites and Hook & Hold take you to services with their own terms and policies. Joining UGC Unplugged does not automatically create a Hook & Hold profile or subscribe you to a newsletter.
7. Updates and leaving
Material changes to these terms will require members to accept the new version before making further contributions. The current version and date appear on this page. You can stop using the community at any time and contact us to request deletion of your account information.
These terms do not remove rights you have under applicable law.
